Georgia was born and raised in Clarksdale, MS. She found a passion for exercise at a young age. It is something she has now become passionate about sharing with others. She has a Masters of Education with an emphasis in health that she received from Delta State University. Georgia attended the renowned Cooper Institute in Dallas,TX where she received her Personal Trainer certification. She is a AAAISMA certified group fitness instructor, a Certified Bender Functional Reformer Pilates instructor (level I and II), a certified Barre teacher through the Bender Barre Method, a certified Piloxing instructor, and a certified Piyo and Turbo Kick instructor with Beachbody. She also studied Pilates under the Pilates Academy International with Lacy Arant of Midtown Pilates in Starkville, MS. Her latest teacher training is with Balanced Body instructed by Erin Meyers at Spiral Spine of Brentwood, TN.
In 2011 she suffered a near death car accident that showed just how incredibly short life is. Something clicked and she finally had a vision for her life: to become the strongest person she could be and help others do the same. She really enjoys teaching and has a love for physical fitness that shows in her exciting classes.
Georgia has been teaching some type of fitness class since 2011. Previously teaching at The Beacon Wellness Center in Ruleville, MS and Delta State University under the Healthy Campus/Healthy Community grant from Blue Cross Blue Shield. Teaching at other facilities lead to opening Balance Fitness Studio in July of 2013 with longtime best friend, Brook Hodges.
Georgia appreciates many aspects of fitness. She has been an avid Hatha yoga student since 2007. She enjoys playing tennis as well as walking, running, biking, and skiing. She has always been extremely active and growing up she danced and cheered. Georgia studies yoga under Conner Burnham, owner of Delta Yoga. She has attended yoga workshops by Anusara founder John Friend, Desiree Rumbaugh, Cat McCarthy, and Scotta Brady. She has completed three half marathons and many 5 and 10K races.
Along with fitness Georgia tries to lead a healthy lifestyle all around. She became a Beautycounter consultant in November 2016 to share her passion for choosing safer options when it comes to beauty products for the entire family.
Lauren Caston came on board as co-owner in November 2014 and Georgia is thrilled with the partnership. She lives in Cleveland with her husband Wesley and daughter LiLou. Wesley owns and operates Tindall Electric.

In November of 2014, Lauren happily bound forces with Georgia Tindall in the ownership of Balance Fitness Studio. Since childhood she has always led an extremely active lifestyle by taking part in tennis, dance, snowskiing, waterskiing, walking, running, horseback riding, and aerobics. She is a registered dental hygienist and has a Bachelors degree in Biology from Delta State University. After taking Pilates classes and learning more about the history and science of the exercise, she became certified in Bender method Pilates getting her Reformer 1 certification. Lauren also studied Pilates under Lacy Arant, owner of Midtown Pilates in Starkville, MS where she received another Reformer certification under Pilates Academy International. She is also working towards becoming a fully certified Balanced Body Pilates instructor under the guidance of Erin Meyers at Spiral Spine Pilates in Brentwood, TN. She is also certified by AAAISMA for group fitness instruction as well as a certified Piloxing instructor and Turbo Kick beachbody instructor.
Lauren is so excited to see what the future has in store for Balance Fitness Studio. She thoroughly enjoys helping people stay mentally and physically fit. She believes staying healthy can provide people with happiness and lower levels of stress which, in turn, leads to longevity and happy living!
Lauren resides in Cleveland, MS with her husband, Hunter, and children, Parker and Romie.

Jordan is a Cleveland, MS native and is a student at Delta State University and is working towards a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Jordan is a certified in Zumba, Pilates, Piloxing & Turbo Kick. She is also a certified group fitness instructor and Personal trainer through AAAISMA. She enjoys running, intramural sports, & cooking clean, healthy treats. She has completed many half marathons where she has raised thousands of dollars for St. Jude! She ran the St. Jude Full Marathon in December 2016 and the half marathon in 2017.
Piyo, Ryde, HIIT, & Tabata
Julie moved to Cleveland from Los Angeles, CA and absolutely adores it. She attends Delta State University where she is studying Pre-Med and Environmental Science and plans to attend Medical School in the future. She really loves fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals and feel good about their bodies and minds.
Julie is certified in Piyo, Piloxing, Spinning, & Turbo Kick. She is also a certified group fitness instructor through AAAISMA. She is in the process of receiving her Pilates training under Pilates Academy International.
Her latest adventure is her heatlhy blog site titled "Mama Sana Life" where she inspires mamas to be the healthiest version of themselves through workouts, healthy meals, and more. Julie lives in Cleveland with her husband Steven, son Isacc, and daughter Stevie Grace.
